We partner with these communities to create opportunities for economic self-sufficiency and forest restoration.

For every in Bloom gift that is sent out, we plant one tree via the Eden Reforestation Project, and also donate to ‘1% for the Planet®’ which offsets the carbon footprint of this gift. Which all combined means that when these flowers are in bloom, you’ll enjoy referral nirvana.

No minimum for standard gifts sent via Plus Pages & automations. Some specialty items (such as personalized plates) may require a minimum quantity.
Standard gifts have no setup fee. Fully custom programs (e.g., new SKUs, branded inserts, or complex workflows) may include a one-time setup scoped at kickoff.
Yes. Volume pricing is available for larger programs & recurring send schedules.
High-quality gift, premium packaging, handwritten note, quality control, and order tracking.

Turn Time & Production

Yes—same-day or next-day ship may be available based on inventory & carrier capacity. Rush fees may apply.
Orders confirmed by 12:00 pm (local warehouse time) begin processing same day. Later orders start next business day.
All standard products ship within two business days after order receipt. Watercolor House Photo & Frame & other customized products: artwork proof → approve → ship. Proofs are fast; once approved, we ship within 2 business days.
Most gifts ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Personalized products that are engraved with the recipients name(s) could take longer.

Packaging & Inserts

Yes—standard footers or disclaimer text can be added to notecards & locked from user changes.
Premium keepsake packaging, protective wrap, & a handwritten note card. Optional branded sleeves or inserts can be added for programs.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

Not by default. Signature service can be enabled for higher-value shipments.
We’ll attempt correction based on available data. If a re-ship is required due to bad address, a new shipping fee applies.
Tracking updates are posted to the order record as soon as the label is created & update in near-real time.
United Stats Postal Service & FedEx, depending on the product and destination.
U.S. nationwide (HI + AK). International shipping is not available.
